CSU Senior Design Team Wins 1st Place with Chemiluminescence Reader Project
Burst Diagnostics is thrilled to celebrate the success of the Colorado State University Senior Design team behind the "Chemiluminescence Reader for Point-of-Care Diagnostics" project!
As a proud CSU spin-out company, Burst Diagnostics was honored to serve as an industry sponsor for this talented group of Biomedical Engineering students as they worked to design and build a low-cost, portable, point of care diagnostic reader.
Their project earned 1st place in the Biomedical Engineering category at the 2025 CSU Engineering Days Senior Showcase, an accomplishment recognizing both the technical excellence and real-world application of their solution.
Throughout the project, the team demonstrated outstanding innovation, technical skill, and dedication. We’re incredibly proud of their achievements and technical contributions, and we can't wait to see where their careers and innovations take them next.
Congratulations, Grace Kirk, Ian Lohrisch, Alexandria Cerullo, Christopher Rios Talavera, and Cassandra Buffington!
